Once the order is dispatched, the customer will receive an email with the tracking details, number and shipping partner processing the order. The status of the order can be checked 24 hours after the order is dispatched from the warehouse.

Products are placed in finely designed individual boxes with each piece packed with bubble wrap. The box is packed in a way that the jewellery is adequately protected even during the shipping.
