How does the delivery process work?
Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition for shipping.
After they pass through the final round of quality check, the goods are sanitized to ensure that no germs pass on to you once you receive your order.
The goods are then packed in a way to ensure that there is no damage to the products before they reach you.
The parcel is then sanitized before it is handed over to our trusted delivery partners. For international orders, the export paperwork is completed and the piece is handed over to a shipping partner over there.
Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possible time. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
How are items packaged?
We package our products in the individual boxes and each box is packaged with a layer of bubble wrap and then packed in a box to ensure your piece receives adequate protection during shipping.
What is the range of locations to which Jewr n Jewels ships their products?
Jewr n Jewels ships products all over the world. In case, your location is not serviceable by our delivery partners. We will process a refund for your order within 1-2 Business days.
My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
